The Pro Antennas Privacy Policy describes how we may collect and use information pertaining to users of the website. You may visit and/or use the website only if you fully agree to this Privacy Policy. By accessing and/or using the website, you signify and affirm your informed consent to this Privacy Policy, including to the collection and processing of your Personal Information as defined and explained below.
What information do we collect
We collect two types of information regarding our website users:
Non-identifiable Information may be collected automatically through use of the website. This information is non-personal and does not enable us to identify the user.
Personal Information collected by us consists of contact details and billing details which is only collected voluntarily for users of the shop wishing to make a purchase.
How do we use your information
We collect Non-identifiable Information to provide, operate, develop and improve the website service by understanding how it is used.
We collect Personal Information for the delivery and billing of purchased items. We may also use this information to contact you for support of the products.
I will keep your information for up to 5 years unless you request its deletion. I will not share your personal information with any other third parties.
How can you check your information
You may request to view, correct or delete the Personal Information you have stored with us, by sending us an e-mail at proantennas@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
payment and tax
Shipping
Although I am not registered for UK VAT, the pricing is stated without tax to accommodate the way that tax is now collected on international shipments.
UK customers will see 20% tax added to the cost on checkout
International customers will benefit from tax free purchases but may be subject to import duty, local taxes and handling charges on delivery. I have no control over these charges and the rules seem to be inconsistent. Some customers are subject to these charges but others do not receive any additional charges.
The checkout process is provided by the Wix Stores solution and it is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption. This industry standard link is used by millions of websites to ensure that all data passed between the web server and browsers remains private and secure.
We accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal on the website. We use Stripe to process credit and debit card payments. Both Paypal and Stripe provide the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).
If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash, please select the manual payment option at the checkout and I will send you an invoice. I will contact you by email or phone to discuss payment options and include an invoice with the relevant payment details.
Any refunds will be returned to you by the same means as the initial payment.
Pro Antennas charges separately for shipping to cater for collection in the UK and the higher charges for international delivery. The shipping charges are added at checkout and are determined once you select your country for delivery.
We endeavour to dispatch your items on the next day if ordered before 14:00 GMT. Occasionally this may take a little longer but we will let you know if there is likely to be a delay and you will have the option to cancel the order if that is not acceptable.

UK Shipping
Shipping is free within the UK.
Low cost couriers are used for small items and delivery can take up to 3 business days.
Antennas and other large or heavy items are shipped with UPS and delivery is usually next day once the item is collected from us.
International shipping
We use UPS for all international shipping and have a flat rate for each country irrespective of the number of items. Delivery is usually within 7 business days from collection.
Countries are allocated to zones for the calculation of shipping charges as follows:
International (Europe and USA) - £25
International (other) - £35
If shipping to your country is not accepted on the website, please ask and I will add it to the appropriate category or provide a quote.

Returns and refunds
Thank you for your interest in Pro Antennas products. If you are unhappy with any purchase you make please let us know and we will be happy to help you.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to let us know that that you would like to return an item. If we cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your item we will immediately confirm the condition and process your refund to your original method of payment. The refund process may take up to 3 days.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item but we can help with arranging collection and delivery on request.
Incurred shipping costs are non-refundable.
warranties
Pro Antennas warrants its products and parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. During this period, Pro Antennas will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts, without charge to you. Shipping fees incurred from returns under-warranty in the first 30-days will be paid by Pro Antennas. All shipping fees following this 30-day period must be paid by the customer.
Pro Antennas is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the equipment. This warranty covers only normal use of the equipment. Pro Antennas shall not be liable if any damage or defect results from misuse, abuse, neglect or improper installation; disasters such as fire, flood, lightning: or unauthorised alteration of the equipment.
