Please accept my apologies for our poor decision to leave the EU.
This has had a severe impact on shipping to EU countries and may result in delays and additional charges.
If you are ordering from the EU, please note that you may be charged duty and tax on delivery. The rules seem to vary by country and don't seem to be consistently applied to all deliveries. In some cases VAT and handling charges are applied by the courier but in others, no charges are applied at all.
This is beyond my control and I apologise for any confusion that may be caused as a result.
