The High Quality Multi-Band I-PRO Traveller
The I-Pro centre fed vertical dipole provides excellent radiation efficiency on six bands: 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m, 11m & 10m (40m option available) maximum power handling - 1200 Watts PEP. No requirement for radials, grounding or ATU. This package is very complete, ready for simple connection to your HF transceiver. What the package includes: All the I-PRO antenna multi-band components, multi-band matching section, the Quad legged base, spirit level, coax patch lead with all necessary connectors, laminated instuctions. The I-PRO is a self contained antenna system designed for placing on the ground and standing at 3m tall. Unlike quarter wave verticals, the I-PRO matching and performance has no dependency on ground work. There are no additional ground systems required so you can forget radials/grounding and no ATU is required. This antenna really does open up a world of operating opportunities, simply connect your coax lead to your HF transceiver and the I-PRO and your ready to go!

The I-PRO centre matching section options: If you have purchased the multi-band I-PRO or the 40m I-PRO, you will be pleased to know that both centre matching sections are interchangeable between both versions. Each version comes with a centre matching section and you have a choice of mix and match options. The I-PRO Traveller is a very exciting product - why? There are several reasons; compact size; exceptional radiation efficiency; no radials or grounding required; the antenna can be deployed and ready for action in minutes; no requirement for an ATU. The multi-band version has been designed to offer you coverage of 20,17,15,12,11 & 10m. The band changing has been kept simple and robust by the use of two jumper leads. The centre matching section features our unique cable support system. An 8mm solid fiberglass rod supports the input patch lead. This is essential for feeder isolation whilst also providing the connections with robust stress relief, an intergrated weather proof boot protects the SO239 connection to the I-PRO. The package comes with a Quad leg support base, independent adjustment of each leg easily compensates for uneven and sloping ground. The I-PRO is built with high quality, heavy gauge, seamless anodised alloy tubing, the centre matching section has carefully chosen materials to ensure very low loss, stability and long term dependability - regardless of the weather conditions. All the fixings are stainless steel and the bracketing is heavy gauge zinc-plated steel. The package includes a circular spirit level to assist the setting up of the base. This adjustment is not critical with regard to performance, it's just a finishing touch to ensure the I-PRO stands truly upright! The centre matching section comes with a coaxial patch lead with all the necessary connectors.
